3 Days from Ouarzazate – Discovery of Merzouga Dunes

This 3-day desert journey begins in Ouarzazate with a scenic drive through the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, the rose-filled valley of Kelaa M’Gouna, and the dramatic Todra Gorges, where you’ll stop for lunch and admire the 300-metre-high canyon walls. The adventure continues through Tinejdad and the lush Ziz Valley before reaching the majestic dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga. After a camel ride at sunset, you’ll settle into a nomadic desert camp for a night under the stars. Day two is dedicated to fully experiencing the desert with a peaceful camel ride, off-road exploration, and a picnic among the dunes, ending with stargazing in the stillness of the Sahara. On the final day, enjoy sunrise views before heading to Rissani to visit historical sites and the palm grove. After a lunch break in Tazzarine, the journey wraps up with a scenic drive through the Draa Valley, arriving back in Ouarzazate by late afternoon.
